The machine body adopts QT450 nodular cast iron, which is treated with high temperature, to eliminate internal stress such as stress annealing, normalizing and natural aging treatment, so as to guarantee the performance of cast iron and prevent casting deformation and failure. The hydraulic series press is equipped with independent hydraulic and electrical control system, which adopts button control, and can realize two molding processes of fixed duration and fixed pressure, and has the functions of pressure display, travel and pressure adjustment. Moreover, the series is provided with four-column guide, so as to improve the product accuracy. Besides, the vertical column and piston rod are plated with copper and hard chromium after quenching to guarantee the wear resistance and high roughness of the surface. Oil road connection adopts imported high pressure hose, greatly reducing machine noise. In addition, according to user requirements, additional configuration of imported PLC, grating protection and man-machine interface (touch screen) and other advanced components. For the special requirements of customers, we can specially design production, to the maximum extent to meet customer production process requirements.
