The main working principle of the compression molding machine can be summarized as follows: after the device is started up, the opening and closing device rotates the screw shaft to bring the movable mold closer to or away from the fixed mold, thereby opening and closing the mold. The fixed mold can be removed from the fixed platen in a direction intersecting the opening and closing direction of the movable mold. This keeps the molds parallel and precisely grips the machine of the workpiece, which in turn helps to improve the quality of the molded article while also improving productivity.


The compression molding machine has the advantages of convenient installation, simple wiring, less daily maintenance work, stability and reliability.
