Performance characteristics and maintenance methods of wheel torsion fatigue testing machines

The wheel torsion fatigue testing machines are also called a motorcycle light alloy wheel torsional fatigue testing machine or a microcomputer controlled motorcycle light alloy wheel torsional fatigue testing machine. The testing machine is mainly used for torsional fatigue testing of light alloy wheels for motorcycles and mopeds.

 

The wheel torsion fatigue testing machines adopts touch screen control, the test torque can be set from the touch screen; the excitation speed regulating motor is also used, and the high-precision pressure sensor feedback torque ensures that accurate test results can be obtained. During the test of the wheel torque fatigue tester, some dust, such as oxide scale, metal scrap, etc., is inevitably generated, so it is necessary to clean after each use.

 

Not only that, it is necessary to frequently check the liquid level of the wheel torsion fatigue testing machines tank and timely replenish the oil, as well as regular inspection of the components of the equipment. Generally, the oil should be changed every 2,000 to 4,000 hours, and the oil temperature must not exceed 70 degrees. The cooling system must be turned on when the oil temperature exceeds 60 degrees.
