During the test of the wheel torque fatigue tester, some dust, such as oxide scale, metal scrap, etc., is inevitably generated, so it is necessary to clean after each use.

Not only that, it is necessary to frequently check the liquid level of the wheel torsion fatigue testing machines tank and timely replenish the oil, as well as regular inspection of the components of the equipment. Generally, the oil should be changed every 2,000 to 4,000 hours, and the oil temperature must not exceed 70 degrees. The cooling system must be turned on when the oil temperature exceeds 60 degrees.
