Ingenious design of rotor die casting machine

The rotor die casting machine is mainly composed of a clamping mechanism, an injection mechanism, a hydraulic system, an electric control system, components and a base, other devices and auxiliary devices, etc., which can quickly connect the axial line of the mold with the aluminum sink. The axis of the axis is aligned and coincident.

 

When designing, each part should be reasonable. When the mold is positioned by the positioning block, the mold is placed above the aluminum sink and the aluminum sink is covered and the injection port of the mold is opposite to the notch of the aluminum sink. At the same time, the rotor die casting machine is provided with a positioning block near the outer circumference of the aluminum water tank. When the mold is positioned by the positioning block, the mold is located directly above the aluminum water tank and covers the aluminum water tank and makes the injection port of the mold and the groove of the aluminum water tank. The mouth is opposite.

 

In this way, when pushing the mold over the aluminum water tank, as long as the positioning block is in contact with the side wall of the mold, the axial line of the mold can coincide with the axial line of the aluminum water tank, and the position of the mold does not need to be artificially corrected. The process required to align the mold with the aluminum sink is shorter and the production efficiency is improved.
