Application and performance characteristics of 1000 T Hydraulic Presses

The 1000-ton hydraulic press is a large-pressure processing equipment designed and manufactured based on hydraulic transmission technology. It is mainly used for forging various materials. At present, 1000 tons of hydraulic presses are mainly used in the aviation industry or in the plastics and non-ferrous metal processing industries.


In the process of using 1000 tons of hydraulic press, according to the requirements of the stamping process, the master cylinder can complete the basic working cycle of fast, slow, slow one station, pressure, delay, decompression, backstop and arbitrary position. Adjustments are required with pressure, speed and holding time. The ejection hydraulic cylinder is mainly used for ejecting the workpiece, and it is required to realize the injection action and return to the stop. When the sheet is stretched, it is also required to push out the hydraulic cylinder to assist, stop and return the pressure.


Under normal circumstances, the 1000-ton hydraulic press can provide 1000 tons of working pressure. From the maximum pressure (tonnage) of the hydraulic press, the output of the main actuator (master cylinder) can be used as the main specification of the hydraulic machine in the main motion main motion (tonnage). The top-out cylinder tonnage often uses 20% to 50% of the master cylinder tonnage. The ejector cylinder of the extruder can be used with 10% of the main tonnage. For the double-action stretching hydraulic press, the tonnage of the blanking cylinder is generally 60% of the tonnage of the stretching cylinder.
