Accuracy measurement and adjustment method of Small Four Column Hydraulic Presses

Before the small four-column hydraulic press is running, the accuracy measurement and adjustment are required to ensure the accuracy of the operation. First of all, in the process of the small four-column hydraulic machine, pay attention to the fact that the four conditioning nuts are equal to the working table, and the accuracy is ensured on this basis.

 

Under pressure, tighten the pistons of the small four-column hydraulic press and the parts connected by the movable balance beam into one piece, and fasten the parts of the cylinder and the upper balance beam together, and lock the lock nut under the workbench under no load. Tighten as much as possible so that the accuracy can be adjusted.

 

Starting the precision adjustment of the small four-column hydraulic press, the lower plane of the movable beam and the piston rod are in a straight condition, and the single-piece machining precision is ensured, and the two are locked together under pressure to form a whole, so that the movable beam is flat and parallel to the work surface. The error can reflect the straight condition of the piston center line to the work surface. Therefore, the movable beam can be placed in the center orientation, and the parallelism error is measured first.

 

Loosen the four lock nuts on the upper beam of the small four-column hydraulic press slightly. Use the dial gauge to check the parallelism of the lower plane of the movable beam and the front and rear (left and right) of the upper plane of the workbench. After the adjustment of the parallelism of the small four-column hydraulic press, the accuracy of the straightness of the movable balance beam should not be neglected. The adjustment method is the same as the method of adjusting the parallelism until it meets the requirements.
